san ramon valley. the 580 ride westbound as even had a coming out of livermore. here in the south bay hour hot spot is 1 01. it has cleared up. the north bay ride is starting to show some signs of slowing between the golden gate bridge. the drive time is now 32 minutes. >> here is last night's visual at the newtown high school and connecticut. there were standing room only for the first responders. 20 children were shot and killed and six school employees. the fire fighters and the paramedics were there to remember all the victims. >> later on this morning newtown, connecticut will remember the first to bet the spirit of his family's stated that he liked the new york's giants victor cruz. >> deng's are unfortunate and they do not always go as planned. i just want them to stay strong and focus. ti will do what i can town of the family. >> yesterday's game crews wrote his name on his cleats and he put a similar message on his glove. he stated that he was told by his parents the they were thinking about burying him in the new york giants jersey. he stated that he will plan to visit t

the westbound direction. numerous accidents along this stretch of roadway the most recent blocked the fast lane at gilman. continue to see delays because of flooding in san francisco at paul avenue south bound. we also have several accidents in this stretch. look what it has done to the ride leading out of the city. traffic had stopped an hour ago started to pick up again after the accident clear. no reports of accidents it is possible it could be because of the flooding that was confined in the two right lanes and is now reported across all of the southbound lanes at paul ave. that is near the 280 interchange. affecting the ride coming westbound the skyway from before ninth street is possible this could back up on to the upper deck of the bay bridge. it could affect the ride as well. i want to quickly switch back to the traffic map to give you a look at what is happening in the south bay. i do not have any hot spots the commute is heating up from the south bay right for both 101 northbound and 85 to the west valley, at 87 the guadalupe parkway from the allman valley to downtown san j

good. interstate 580 over highway four the 580 drive time westbound at 33 minutes from the old, pass to the dublin interchange makes it one at a faster than the average commute day. light traffic is still low for the peninsula of lot north bay and south bay. >> the clean up today really begins in earnest. nowhere more important than in lafayette. will tran is standing by there this morning where they have a massive sinkhole they are trying to repair before the next round of storms. well what does this situation. >> a 20 ft. sinkhole you can see behind me. it is literally on the street here because they use to be covered. all the rain fall that we have the last couple of days the ground and so i'll underneath it gave way and that caused this thing called. crews fought rust out and have their heavy equipment and a plan to be out here for the next several days and weeks to make repairs. this could have been a lot worse, no one was hurt. utility wires as well as a 12 in. water main that run underneath this. they will continue to monitor the situation and make emergency repairs. people out t
